Payments & Cancellation Policy
Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we may refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

All cancellations on the date of delivery are subject to a 20% Cancellation Fee, prior to you receiving the merchandise. Once the merchandise is accepted, no refunds will be given, only warranty exchanges will be honored. Special Orders are non-cancellable.
Cash On Delivery Policy
In order to make use of COD as a payment method, customers are charged an extra amount of INR 500 during checkout. The charges are displayed at the time of checkout and get added on top of your total cart value. Upon placing a COD order, our operations team will get in touch with you via call/text to confirm the order. Customers are also required to pay 20% of the total invoice amount beforehand before products are dispatched from our warehouse. Due to the limiting nature of our Ecommerce partners, we are unable to offer a partial payment option but the COD option in turn functions as a partial payment option only. The remaining 80% balance is collected by our delivery partner from you at the time of delivery.
In case the order is cancelled post dispatch from our warehouse or refused by the customer at the time of delivery , the 20% advance deposited is retained by the Cozy team & not refunded to the customer.
Customized orders using Cash on Delivery as a payment option will be auto-cancelled by our operations team as we don't accept COD for customized orders. Cash on Delivery is also available for a total cart value of upto INR 20,000 only.
We will try our best to create a suitable design concept for our clients.
The item is eligible for a free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different/wrong item delivered to you.
Please keep the item in its original condition, original packaging, with the user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
However, returns & refunds are not processed in the case of wrong size being ordered or reasons that are not inﬂuenced by the product’s performance.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name, payment refund will be made to the same account.
